The room was sizable with a reasonable kitchenette, allowing for some home-cooked meals. A safe parking area and proximity to Rosemont Park & Ride made traveling into the city easy. However, the shuttle service was limited, running only once per hour, and the breakfast options were quite basic with just coffee and oatmeal bars. Despite these drawbacks, the staff, especially Chuck at the front desk, provided excellent service.

We loved having a full kitchen in our room and really appreciated the convenience of laundry facilities. The quiet TV lounge was a great place to relax after a long day, and we enjoyed hanging out there. The carpet in our room could've been a bit cleaner, but it didn’t take away from our overall positive experience. 😊

The location was perfect for visiting Millennium Park and catching a concert nearby. The staff was super friendly and efficient, making our check-in smooth and quick. Definitely recommend this place if you’re headed to the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially due to its proximity to Allstate Arena, making it so easy to walk to my concert events. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me with my check-in and general inquiries. My room was spacious and included a kitchenette, which was great for saving on food costs during my stay. However, the grab-and-go breakfast options could definitely be expanded to include more variety.

I had a great stay for 6 nights. The beautiful studio with a queen bed was spacious and had a fully functional kitchen. It's just a short walk to the Allstate Arena. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast options were solid. 🥞
